"Oman-Etihad Rail LLC" the developer and operator for the railway network connecting the Oman and UAE invites specialized Contractors to apply for the prequalification for tendering of the civil works.
To apply for prequalification, the potential Contractor(s) must demonstrate individually or in JV/Consortium that they have the necessary resources and required expertise to meet the requirements as follows:
A. Be a local company or a JV/Consortium led by local company registered in UAE or Oman to deliver the package(s) in the relevant country.
B. Have recent experience executing projects of a similar size, nature (earthworks, structures, track works, tunnels, freight facilities, stations and depots etc.) in particular:
I. On time completion to the required quality
II. Construction in a railway environment
III. Design and build experience
IV. Mechanized track work experience
The Prequalification documents will be available for purchase and downloading through this portal for a non-refundable amount of AED 50,000 (excl. VAT).
